respect & tolerance to both partners & opponents, we
do not
tolerate rudeness

Never
make negative or derogatory comments about your
opponent's or partner's play or bidding

It is
forbidden to abuse or harass another player

Any
outside communication with your partner during bidding
and play is cheating & strictly forbidden

Bid and
play your cards without unnecessary delay

If you're
leaving your computer for a short time, say ,"brb", and when you return say "back"
-
Keep
unnecessary table chat to a minimum
-
Politics,
religion, race, or sexual orientation are not topics of
discussion at Ryder Bridge

Do not
use vulgar language in chat
-
Never
exit a table in the middle of a hand

Compliment your partner & opponents on their play when
it's deserved

Do not
argue with your partner, opponents or tournament
director
-
Follow
all instructions of the tournament director
-
It is
forbidden to
clarify a bid or play of a card during the game. Ask
when you need an explanation of opponent's bidding. Explanation of a bid must be given by the partner of the
player who made the bid. It a violation for the bidder
to make any comment on the bid even if his/her partner
gave the wrong explanation

Once play
of cards starts there is no "undo" option

Use of
any program to count or remember played
cards is strictly forbidden

If you are being harassed by another player,
contact the director. Do not take matters
into your own hands or return the abuse
the
Director’s decision is final in all Tournaments
